Cheryl Orsini (Australian)

Cheryl Orsini taught herself to draw as a little girl. She grew a little taller, studied Visual Communications at UTS and finally, when she could grow no more, she started illustrating children's books, magazines and decorating a great many peg dolls! Her books include Lucy’s Book, Caravan, The Fairy Dancers, Unicorn! and the new release, Mermaid! . Her work also regularly appears in magazines and exhibitions.

James Valentine (Australian)

James Valentine has presented Afternoons on ABC Radio Sydney for twenty years. At some point he's done something for all major media outlets. He's written a children's book series, JumpMan. He began life as a musician working for major Australian bands and performers such as Models, Jo Camilleri and Wendy Matthews.
